Reduced prostate pain

Excellent, but difficult to swallow (a little thinner and "sharper" ends). Excellent vitamins. I take 1 at breakfast and 1 at dinner alongside the "Health of the prostate gland" supplement (also 1 + 1). For decades, I had pain in the prostate. Since I began taking these two supplements, the pain has subsided (though a constant cystostomy since 2015 helped as well by managing harmful residual urine). Aimed at lifelong use (I'm 75).

I take 1 at breakfast and 1 at dinner alongside the "Health of the prostate gland" supplement (also 1 + 1). For decades, I had pain in the prostate. It helps a lot with incontinence. As I am over 40, I sometimes struggle to urinate due to an enlarging prostate. After using 2 jars of ADAM, my urinary incontinence symptoms have noticeably improved. However, the product has two downsides: the greasy, orange appearance makes it messy to handle and the taste is unappealing. Still, the quality and ingredients effectively counter nutritional deficiencies and free radicals, warranting daily use despite these drawbacks.

Improved prostate health
I plan to continue taking it. I previously took Laik multivitamin, but I have been using this product for 2 months for prostate health. There is no significant fatigue or side effects, and it feels similar to when I took multivitamins earlier. After a comprehensive checkup, my prostate health appears to have improved. However, there was an issue with the packaging, as the pills burst inside during delivery, leaving liquid on them, so I wipe them off before taking them.

Cystitis symptoms arise

I purchased both ADAM and Doctor's Best, which helped alleviate my leg pain caused by arthritis symptoms after COVID. However, ADAM caused troubling sensations: after two weeks, I developed cystitis symptoms, including a strong urge to urinate and throbbing pain in the prostate. I ceased taking it three days ago, and I'm feeling better. It's evident that reactions can be individual, especially at 55. I may give ADAM another chance at a later date with lower dosages.

The best vitamins for men!! One of the finest multivitamin complexes. All vitamins are in digestible forms and high dosages. They also include ingredients that support the prostate gland and coenzyme Q10. My husband (39 years old) took a course (not 3 capsules, but 2 daily) and was pleased with the results—his health improved, he started sleeping better, and awoke easily without feeling groggy. The vitamins are truly exceptional; we verified their effectiveness.
